Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly budget, merchandising plan, prepare sales and inventory performance reports and maintain smooth flow of merchandise delivery

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing or business related discipline

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- At least 6 years buying or merchandising experience in high-end fashion retail industry, preferably in managerial positions

Visual Merchandising Manager - Giordano Ladies
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for development and implementation of VM strategies and concepts
- To ensure the strategies are consistent with the Company’s image and values
- To formulate and execute VM guidelines for in store display and fixture arrangements
- Work closely with various departments for VM matters
- Leading and monitoring both local and overseas VM teams to deliver professional VM display
- Sourcing, organizing and distributing display materials
- To plan and design promotional materials for retail window and in-store display
- To monitor in-store VM display process during promotional/seasonal change-over
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising

Requirements:

- Degree holder in design or related disciplines with at least 5 years' relevant experience. Previous experience in fashion business retail is an asset
- Strong fashion sense, innovation and detailed-oriented
- Strong leadership and initiation skills;
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, InDesign, PageMaker etc
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Frequently traveling is required

Responsibilities:

- Provide daily drafting and drawing support for the project management and interior design team
- Site supervision & coordination
- Tender bidding, project management and procurement follow-up
- Carry out in-situ site measurement
- Follow up procurement and maintenance works schedule

Requirements:

- Form 7 or above from technical institute graduate in interior design or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in interior design projects preferably in retail projects

- Excellent design skills and high quality presentation drawings is preferable

Senior Internal Development Officer
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all round training program
- Develop and deliver training programs and follow up action
- Provide administrative support including consolidating training needs analysis, evaluation reports, and updating training record
- Implement and execute the learning programs for local/overseas staff and franchisee employees.
- Support the coordination with the PRC, TWN, Singapore and overseas learning and development team for related training courses

Requirements:

- University graduated in Training and Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years or above relevant course development & training experience
- Good presentation and communication skills, ability to work with staff at all levels
- Able to teaching proficiently in Cantonese, Putonghua and English for induction programs
- Resourceful to search for all relevant and available information for course development
- Good classroom delivery skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Chinese Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizing skills and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, can work independently and a self-motivated team player
