- Responsible for the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies consistent with the Company’s image and values for all regions
- Ensure the strategies are delivered to all regions effectively and efficiently
- To formulate and execute VM guidelines for in store display and fixture arrangements.
- Work closely with various departments for VM matters
- Leading and monitoring local and overseas VM teams to deliver professional VM display
- Sourcing, organizing and distributing display materials
- To plan and design promotional materials for retail window and in-store display
- To monitor in-store VM display process during promotional/seasonal change-over
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of visual merchandising
- Frequently traveling is required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in design or related disciplines with at least 5 years' relevant experience. Previous experience in fashion business retail is an asset
- Strong fashion sense, innovation and detailed-oriented
- Strong leadership and initiation skills;
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, InDesign, PageMaker etc
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Manage monthly budget, merchandising plan, prepare sales and inventory performance reports and maintain smooth flow of merchandise delivery
- Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities
- Work with Sales & Creative team to develop and coordinate promotion campaign
- Main focus on overseas markets
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing or business related discipline
- At least 2-3 years practical merchandising / retail operation / franchising experience in casual wear
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Hardworking and self motivated
- Able to work under pressure and long working hours are required
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with MS Office
- Immediate available is preferred
- Develop and manage monthly buying budget
- Work out appropriate merchandise mix in assigned budget
- Develop and plan for line strategies and merchandise launching plan coherently
- On time order placement and replenishment to ensure punctual delivery
- Prepare and monitor the sales & inventory report
- Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunity
- Sensitive to business figures and analytical, ready to take calculate risk to develop fashion foresight
- Identify opportunities and feedback to Product Development team
- Work & communicate closely with other departments for marketing / promotional activities
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in fashion ,Textile and Clothing or business with relevant working experience
- At least 6 years buying or merchandising experience in garment field
- Knowledge in garment technical is preferable
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Positive working attitude and self motivated
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft office & email applications
- Proactive, flexible and capable to work under pressure
- Less experience candidate will be considered as Buyer
- Immediate available is preferred
- Responsible for various accounting functions such as A/R; A/P and G/L
- Prepare monthly sales reconciliation, month-end schedule and cash flow
- Perform daily accounting duties
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in accounting or above
- Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience; preferably in retailing industry
- Familiar with MS Office; Sun Accounting System and Vision Application
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Helpful, independent and detail oriented
