The legendary Silent Witness has notched up 16 consecutive wins and gained vast popularity in Hong Kong. Speaking at today's press conference held at Happy Valley Racecourse, Mr William Yue, Director of Corporate and External Affairs of Giordano International Limited said the launch of the Silent Witness collection is a compliment to the horse's perseverance and outstanding achievement.

Featuring Silent Witness in the design, the smart casual collection is available in two styles ¡V a round-necked T-shirt and a collared polo shirt with retail prices of $60 and $120 respectively. The collection will be available for sale at Giordano outlets tomorrow, 15 April.

Racing in Hong Kong is operated on a not-for-profit basis and the surplus is donated to charitable and community projects. Bearing the same belief, Giordano is committed in contributing to charity. At today's press conference, Giordano announced that it will donate the net proceeds of total sales of the Silent Witness collection to the Riding for the Disabled Association. With this donation, the Association will be able to organise more riding lessons for the disabled who can improve their body movement through riding.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club will also participate in this good cause. Their members' shops at Happy Valley Clubhouse and Sha Tin Clubhouse, members' services centre at Beas River Country Club, gift shops at Sha Tin and Happy Valley Racecourses, Interactive Exhibition and Souvenir Gallery in Tsing Yi and Tin Shui Wai will start selling these products from 16 April.
