Learning Manager
Responsibilities:

- Be responsible in the whole training process, including training needs identification, planning, coordination and follow-up
- Develop and deliver service training programs for internal staff
- Lead the training team to align with business development
- Compile statistics reports and calculation to ensure training effectiveness
- Ad hoc project related to training and development

Requirements:

- University graduated in Training and Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years or above relevant course development & training experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to work with staff at all levels
- Able to teach proficiently in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Resourceful to search for all relevant and available information for course development
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Chinese Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizing skills and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, energetic can work independently and a self-motivated team player
- Experience in retail industry is preferable
- Occasional travel may be required
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Learning Manager

Assistant Regional Business Manager
Responsibilities:

- Develop overseas markets and explore business opportunities by preparing business plans and market development proposal
- Drive sales per square feet (SPF) growth in responsible markets. Study, plan, implement optimal strategy and methods to meet needs of clients and company direction
- Review and analyze sales performance in responsible markets to identify ideas for improvement
- Recommend overseas clients on location & site planning and conduct market visit for new shops
- Monitor shop renovation to ensure global brand image consistency
- Liaise with overseas clients and perform regular audit to ensure compliance of company’s standards and operation procedure
- Negotiate with franchisees for contract renewal
- Supervise subordinates in delivering the results as a team

Requirements:

- University graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from Fashion Retail Industry
- Strong sense of overall business and sensitive to both operational and financial data
- Assertive, persistent and influencing personality traits
- Have a passion for fashion or retail business
- Good command of both written and spoken English*** and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Regional travel is required

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for design and product development for women’s collection
- Conduct research and identify women’s fashion trends and color concepts independently
- Able to conceptualize ideas into practical design
- To work with mills and factories to develop new product design
- Conduct professional research and presentation

Requirements:

- Over 5 years relevant experience in women fashion design, preferably in retail industry
- Degree in Fashion Design
- Careful, responsibility
- Passionate & strong fashion sense
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Immediate available is preferred

Buyer (Giordano Ladies)
Responsibilities:

- Preparing buying budgets and launching plan
- Work out appropriate merchandise mix in assigned budget
- Prepare sales and inventory reports and monitor inventory distribution
- Ensure punctual delivery by on time order placement and replenishment
- Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities and feedback to PD team
- Work closely with sales and sourcing team to monitor order status
- Handle oversea markets request

Requirements:

- Tertiary education in Fashion & Textile or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in garment buying field
- Experience in ladies fashion retail is preferred
- Good inventory control and product mix planning
- Strong fashion and market sense
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical, planning and organizing skills
- Mature, outgoing and able to work under pressure
