Buying Assistant

- To assist the buying team for buying process
- To prepare daily sales reports & weekly merchandise arrival list to frontline
- To handle leftover merchandise
- Handle other ad hoc projects as required


- With strong numerical and analytical sense
- With strong passion in fashion
- Bachelor Degree in fashion / merchandising or any subjects
- 1 - 2 years working experience is a MUST
- Experience in fashion retail industry is a preferred

Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager

- Formulating and executing VM guidelines for in store display and fixture arrangements
- To implement VM strategies and concepts with consistency of brand image to stores
- Work closely with internal departments and vendors in seasonal promotion and new store openings
- To formulate and update electronic VM guidelines for every new seasonal merchandise launch
- Conduct VM workshop in different regions/countries whenever is required
- Sourcing, organizing and distributing display materials

Buying Manager

- Reporting to the director/ brand manager, work closely with regions to implement costing and sourcing strategies in line with company directions to achieve optimum results
- Develop and implement innovative global buying and merchandising strategies to deliver better quality and value, build assortment plans based on target classification and financial goals
- Conduct market research to understand pre-seasonal trends, while acting as market intelligence and mentor for the product development teams to build feasible and cost-effective styling, fabric and trim ideas
- Execute plans for seasonal buying and OTB in order to meet the company business objectives
- Build up partnership with suppliers for retail sourcing and purchasing, manage samples and production cycles, and drive quality and delivery resolutions to ensure consistency of the company's standards
- Analyze region’s needs, events and market trends, competitive environment and product opportunities; provide feedback on all product issues and any special product request, collaborate with internal and external parties for marketing affairs
- Use key business reports to perform weekly sales/monthly performance analysis; monitor sales, inventory levels and margin by country, and key location to highlight trends
- Generate and assist in generating report and analysis to support management decision
- Prepare and deliver the seasonal product trainings to store staff
- Attend buying trips when necessary
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors


- At least 8 years merchandizing experience for retail chain brands
- Experience for the China and Asia market
- understanding of garment construction and fabrication
- Knowledge of current and future fashion trends
- Strategic thinker with drive and passion
- Positive-minded and objective focused, with strong interest in understanding consumer buying behavior and changing market trends
- Self-motivated individual with a passion and keen eye for fashion, trends and everything apparel

Senior Legal Officer (IP, Licensing & Brand Protection)

- To apply, maintain and update the Group’s trademark registrations, including attending to the application, renewal, license recordal, etc.;
- To apply, maintain and update the Group’s domain registrations;
- To handle intellectual property infringements, whether as complainant or respondent;
- To check and review the invoices from various trademark agents for IP matters;
- To conduct various searches to check and ascertain all graphic designs are available to be used on products;
- To handle the agreements for 3rd party suppliers, franchisees, 3rd party licensees;
- To draft/review license agreements, and arrange execution of the same;
- To prepare and provide the licensees with relevant certifications to facilitate them the smooth use of the trademarks;
- To review and obtain approval of product designs and marketing plans; and
- To keep close contact with the licensees to understand their operations avoid misuse of the Group’s trademarks;
- To draft/review agreements for each marketing campaign, such as endorsement agreement, collaboration agreements, etc.;
- To draft/review other ad hoc agreements, such as confidentiality & non-disclosure agreements, services agreements with external designers, etc.


- Degree holder in Legal or related discipline, professional qualifications and work experience in trademark agents, professional consultancies and law firms preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in related field
- Independent, self-motivated, positive and proactive
- A team player who is dynamic, detailed-minded, results-driven and able to work under pressure
- Be part of the decision-making process at various stages, from product design through to supply chain through to retail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin (a plus)

Senior Internal Auditor

- Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the position is responsible for supporting the Group’s internal audit function
- To support and formulate the company risk assessment and internal audit plan
- To assist in monitoring compliance matters according to the Group's policies and regulations
- To carry out audits of operational, financial and compliance procedures and controls for the Group
- To conduct special investigations and ad hoc assignments as requested by senior management
- To report findings and recommendations of control weaknesses and the improvement of operational efficiency


- Accounting / Finance or equivalent University degree
- CPA or CIA or CISA member is required
- Minimum 5 years audit experience (including big 4 experience)
- Self-motivated, proactive and good interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify control deficiencies
- Good organizational skills. Good multi-tasking skills and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese with good report writing skills
- Willing to take up travelling, whenever necessary

- Design and conduct the product development for women ‘s collection
- Conduct research and identify women ‘s fashion trends and color concepts independently

- Degree/ Diploma in Fashion Design or related discipline
